A pretty cordial halfling and captain of the Lucky Dragon, a vessel that runs the rivers in Magnimar. He sold the party a passage from Magnimar at the Varisian Bay up the Yondabakari River and the Ember Lake to Galduria.
Note: "Bach" is German for stream in the sense of a small river.
